Job Summary:

Macmillan Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a proven track record of attracting top talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance Macmillan Education’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, hands-on experience in Workday will be preferred.
