Job Summary

The Data Services team at NetApp helps customers protect and govern their data wherever it lives. We drive preference for our primary storage platforms through a consolidated set of data protection and governance offerings.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive NetApp’s disaster recovery offering. In this role, the candidate will engage with customers, partners, and field experts to understand their needs, understand market conditions and related personas. The candidate will create strategy and requirements to drive further growth and broaden customer base.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in defining product line roadmap and strategy
  • Inbound and outbound product management experience
  • Proven leadership in working cross functionally with development, sales, and marketing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams towards a common goal. 
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.  
  • Results-oriented growth mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.  
  • An excellent understanding, curiosity, and interest in how technology products and solutions solve business/customer problems.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.  
  • Excellent relationship building and negotiating skills.  
  • Ability to manage multiple, critical projects is required.  
  • Expertise in data protection and governance, specifically disaster recovery, is a plus

Education

10+ years of product management, or related relevant experience in enterprise IT with a Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree.
