Job Summary

As a Principal Solutions Product Manager for Azure NetApp Files, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of High Performance Computing (HPC) workloads in Azure, with a particular emphasis on Electronic Design Automation (EDA), powered by Azure NetApp Files. Your expertise in product management and market acumen will be instrumental in developing strategies that establish and expand Azure NetApp Files as the leading storage solution for HPC and EDA workloads in Azure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and execute product strategies for HPC and EDA workloads solutions on Azure NetApp Files.
  • Generate compelling technical marketing content, such as videos, blogs, and presentations, to convey the benefits and technical capabilities of Azure NetApp Files for HPC and EDA applications.
  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to guide product direction and roadmap based on industry trends and customer insights.
  • Deliver training and enablement for sales and technical pre-sales teams to ensure effective customer interactions.
  • Engage directly with customers and partners, providing expert advice, best practices, and support for sophisticated HPC and EDA deployments.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry developments and uncover new avenues for expansion.
  • Act as a company spokesperson at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing expertise in HPC and EDA workloads.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Significant experience (15+ years) in solutions product management, technical marketing, or a related field within the cloud, storage and HPC sector.
  • Profound knowledge of Azure services, NetApp storage solutions, and the competitive dynamics for HPC and EDA workloads.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating technical content and presenting persuasively to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EDA tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of performance benchmarking and optimization techniques for HPC applications.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, AI/ML, and other technologies pertinent to HPC and EDA workloads.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is [$209,200]–[$255,640] and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
