Position Summary

Job Description Summary
In this role, you will work with Huron and client team members throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, testing, training, change management, go-live and post-production support. The Consulting Associate will be responsible for all aspects of Oracle EPM Cloud system implementation including requirement gathering, application design, application configuration and implementation.

Job Description:

  • 6 -10 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – Financial Consolidation
  • End-to-end support/Implementation experience on Oracle EPM FCCS and TRCS applications
  • Good to have skills – EPBCS, PCMCS, EPMAgent, EPRCS, Groovy.
  • Must have handled client facing role.
  • Must have experience with discovery, scoping and gathering requirements for FCCS.
  • Hands-on experience managing FCCS application on Statutory reporting, Management Reporting, Multi-GAAP, IFRS, Allocations, Intercompany eliminations, Currency translations requirements
  • Expertise in functional aspects of EPM wrt Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reporting
  • FCCS Rules writing: Read, Write, Amend & understand the impact on the system, experience with writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Calc Manager rules to cater to various business functionalities, performance tuning of the rules, Expertise in the setup of security, user groups & provisioning
  • Demonstrate core consulting skills – adaptability, flexibility, and leadership
  • Should be an excellent team player.
  • Have worked on Managing support tickets via ticketing portal and well versed with ITSM & Jira.
  • Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications – CPA/CA/MCom/MBA (Finance).
  •  Experience in configuring the FCCS application, writing business rules, data validations
  •  Expertise in SmartView and other reporting tools such as FR/MR/Narrative Reporting
  •  Expertise in metadata properties, experience building integrations and automations
  •  Excellent communication skills, comfortable facing the client.
  •  Should be open to adopt new technologies
