What You'll Do:
Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the India Enterprise team as an Account Executive, Retail Media IN, reporting to the Head of Monetization - India. This key role will be responsible for adapting our Retail Media Monetization proposition to India market and pitching it to relevant advertisers. This role will be essential in our growth to establish and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies in India to grow both our clientele and Criteo's earnings.
This role is based in Gurugram, India
- You’ll work with retailers/brands/agencies to pitch and scale Criteo’s Retail Media.
- Work closely together with our brand activation team covering both Criteo’s Retail Media brand & agency business and be closely connected to the marketing solutions side of our business, to make sure we are positioned in the best way for our clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of Criteo’s portfolio of solutions, and understand and articulate key KPIs to sign brands and scale existing retailer partnerships. Become a trusted partner and advisor for your clients, creating and maintaining a strong network within Retail Media in the region.
- Become a thought leader for Retail Media, the advantages, differentiators & challenges
- Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
- You partner closely with the commercial, technical, legal, Ops and other teams within Criteo to identify and pursue opportunities as ONE Enterprise team.
- You maintain relationships with senior prospects when needed to influence client strategy.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years’ experience in Digital or Enterprise Business.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the local & international digital media landscape, ad tech platforms & Criteo's position in it.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence Director / C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Reach revenue goals and increase market share in the retail media industry, create and carry out strategic sales strategy.
- Use competition analysis and market data to find new growth markets, verticals, and company possibilities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as those in charge of marketing, customer success, and product, to match sales efforts with business goals and projects.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance indicators, such as revenue projections, conversion rates, and pipeline development, to evaluate results and spot areas for progress.
- Strong team player, able to build and maintain strong relationships within the organization to act as ONE Criteo team and in both our client’s and Criteo’s best interest.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving company & industry.
