About the Role:
Are you passionate about digital transformation and eager to drive international expansion? As a Consultant in our dynamic delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our customers' digital journeys and championing Celonis' innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with our clients to generate high-value use cases, transforming data into actionable insights and business cases. Your expertise in data transformations, analysis, and the latest Celonis features such as Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning will be crucial in delivering impactful results.
What You’ll Do:
Initiate:
- Lead Celonis implementation projects, ensuring optimal solutions to address customer pain points.
- Design innovative analyses and execution apps, enriching them with Machine Learning algorithms and Task Mining to enhance process transparency.
- Utilize Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies and uncover root causes in close collaboration with customers.
Implement:
- Conduct value creation workshops to align on measures for improving process inefficiencies.
- Quantify business and financial potential, presenting findings to management.
- Implement Process Automation technology to streamline customer processes, drive value, and improve process conformance rates.
Adopt:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success.
- Empower customers to continuously improve processes through enablement and training.
- Lay the foundation for a long-term customer success journey, ensuring sustainable value.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-3 years in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data-related languages (SQL required, Python is a plus).
- Visionary Mindset: Dedication to driving Celonis Process Mining technology forward.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and a quick learner.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with a passion for interacting with customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Language: Fluency in English and German.
- Education: Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
