The influence of corporate culture on gender equity cannot be overstated. Even with strong legal structures in place, if the prevailing culture in a tech company or the wider industry undervalues or marginalizes women, legal measures alone cannot bridge the gap. The tech industry needs a cultural shift alongside legal advancements to truly level the playing field for women.
