While parental support initiatives are vital, they represent only part of the solution for retaining women in tech. A comprehensive approach, including mentorship programs, equal pay, and efforts to combat workplace discrimination and bias, is required to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Without addressing the broader issues of gender equality in the workplace, parental support initiatives alone might not be sufficient to retain women in the tech industry.
