Women in the 5G technology space often face gender biases and stereotypes that question their capabilities and knowledge. Combatting these challenges requires a two-pronged approach: internal and external. Internally, women can build their confidence through continued education and accomplishments. Externally, promoting diversity training and awareness within organizations can help change perceptions and foster a more inclusive environment.
