For digital communities to foster greater inclusion for women in STEM effectively, they themselves need to practice what they preach. This means implementing inclusive leadership structures, policies, and practices within the organizations and platforms. Encouraging women to take on leadership roles in these communities can also set a strong example and encourage more inclusive practices industry-wide.
