Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding aspect of tech is the impact. We're not just building systems—we're shaping the future. Whether it's through AI, automation, or innovation, every project is an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. That drive for impact has shaped my career, guiding me toward leadership roles where I can spark change at scale, mentor others, and pave the way for the next generation of women in tech.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
A defining moment in my career was working on a healthcare product that saved someone's life. It was the moment I vividly felt the power of technology. Leading a team to develop a solution capable of diagnosing critical health issues in real-time was profoundly rewarding. Knowing that our product helped save lives reinforced my passion for using technology to make a meaningful difference. This experience continues to drive my commitment to innovation and reminds me of the true power technology must create positive change.
