Session: Leading the GenAI revolution: How Women in Senior Tech Roles are Bridging the Gender Gap
Women have historically been slower to adopt new technologies. As GenAI will be more critical to future job success, BCG surveyed 6500+ women and men across the tech industry in 5 countries to identify gender differences in GenAI adoption/ rollout and assess impact on advancement of women's career in tech. The session will primarily speak to the research findings on adoption differences across functions, tenure levels, and differences in GenAI rollout. Ultimately, high-level recommendations will be shared on how best leaders can support the needs of employees in the adoption of GenAI adoption across the company with an overall focus on gender equity.
