Session: Resilience As The Ultimate Leadership Skill
Resilience in leadership positions is often overlooked or mistaken for resistance, adaptability or a strong capacity to handle problems and take up challenges. This very narrowed perception of resilience forced many people to hide their emotions, struggling alone with their personal or professional challenges and leaving no place for a diverse leadership style to bloom.
The objective of this talk is share my own experience on how I grew up more resilient while embracing every aspect of my life, my personality and my feelings.

Graduating from Central Supelec (France) in 2011 with an engineering degree in networks and wireless communications, Khaoula forged a dynamic career at Orange before Joining L’Oréal recently.
With a diverse background in technical project management, marketing, transformation and Strategy she excelled in leading large international teams and delivering quick and consistent results.
From Entertainment to global networks, her journey has taken her through various landscapes where she demonstrated her capacity to learn, adapt, and engage.
She recently joined L'Oreal where she acts as Head of Omnisales in charge of global IT for Sales, Retail and customer experience at physical touchpoints.
Khaoula embodies a mindful and inclusive leadership style. She has the right balance between a solution-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for fostering positive team dynamics.
