Harsha has connected with over 35,000 Gen Zs over the past 7 years, in her role as CEO and Co-Founder of Ascendance, an international youth movement. She has also interviewed over 100+ C-Suite Executives from Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Disney, Google etc to hear the concerns regarding Gen Zs and the Great Reshuffle.
Being a Gen Z herself, she has spoken at conference on what engages the Gen Z at work and the vision of the future with Gen Zs. She shares the optimal culture to bring out the best in Gen Zs which also prepares the organization to meet ESG requirements too.
Bio
Harsha is the Vice President of Finance at the Wharton Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Club; the CEO and Co-Founder of the international youth movement, Ascendance, which has impacted over 35,000 students across 28 countries with a team of 75% women; and a 3X TEDx and international speaker on the voice of Gen Z.
Recently, she was also featured on Prestige Malaysia’s 40 Under 40 Most Successful, Innovative and Influential Young People list 2022 and also a recipient of the Diana Award for Social Action and Humanitarian Work by the Diana Foundation, UK in 2019.
Harsha is also the author of the book 'The Makings of A Teenage Entrepreneur' and an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania.
