Elena is Senior Vice President Global Talent Acquisition and Management at Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company. Elena has more than 25 years of management experience, and since 2000 she leads all aspects of human resources and employee engagement within Luxoft (16 000+ professionals in 28 countries by February 2024).Her scope includes recruitment, talent management, and retention, development and training, compensation and benefits, employer branding, internal communications along with global inclusion and diversity.
