Bio
Elena is Senior Vice President Global Talent Acquisition and Management at Luxoft, a DXC Technology Company. Elena has more than 25 years of management experience, and since 2000 she leads all aspects of human resources and employee engagement within Luxoft (16 000+ professionals in 28 countries by February 2024).
Her scope includes recruitment, talent management, and retention, development and training, compensation and benefits, employer branding, internal communications along with global inclusion and diversity.
