Elaine Zhou
Elaine Zhou is the Co-CEO of SageCXO.com, a strategic consulting firm for technology companies seeking to improve business strategy and product developments. Elaine served as Chief Technology Officer for both Change.org, a leading global platform for social change, with over 600 million users, and for Vidado.ai, an AI startup later acquired by SS&C (NASDAQ:SSNC). A Silicon Valley veteran, Elaine has held leadership positions in the high-tech industry including three public companies and five start-ups with three successful exits. With 20+ years in technology strategy and AI R&D, Elaine has built & led global engineering teams to create Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, build & grow scalable platforms, and develop engaging functionality in the software, financial services, renewable energy, real estate, media, and non-profit industries. Elaine is a long-term mentor in multiple technology communities and is a frequent speaker on responsible AI and women-in-tech conferences. She balances work with travels, paddleboarding, hiking, and start-up discussions with her husband, Ken.
Fiona Tan
Fiona Tan is Wayfair’s Chief Technology Officer, and oversees a global innovation team responsible for creating market-leading experiences through its world-class e-commerce platform. Prior to Wayfair, Fiona served as senior vice president of U.S. Technology at Walmart where she was responsible for innovation and engineering execution spanning its site, mobile app and all associate and merchant-facing technology across its e-commerce and stores business in the U.S. Her prior roles at Walmart include senior vice president of Customer Technology and vice president of Engineering. Prior to Walmart, Fiona served in a number of leadership roles at Ariba, where she led a global engineering organization responsible for the strategy, lifecycle, and delivery of the Ariba Commerce Network, as well as TIBCO Software. Fiona has a master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT.
Michelle Grover
Michelle is the Chief Technology Officer at Slalom. She has been named by Business Insider as one of the 100 People Transforming Business in Emerging Tech and she frequently is quoted in major technology and business publications. As Slalom’s first CTO, Michelle is responsible for developing IT strategy, growing IT expertise to support Slalom’s business and expansion goals and evaluating opportunities for the company to learn from and enable its own partner technologies. She oversees the global technology organization, including infrastructure, product engineering, and architecture, with the goal of empowering Slalom teams around the world to deliver outcomes that build better tomorrows for all. She spent the first 20 years of her career working as an engineer transforming infrastructure and leading teams to implement complex procedural and object-oriented codebases; test automation & release workflows. In keeping with the changes of the market, she has also led cloud migration operations of monolithic codebases while managing engineers in the U.S. and various other countries.
Sheila Jordan
Sheila Jordan is Honeywell’s Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Technology Officer. In this role, she is responsible for all digital transformation efforts across the company, including transformation platform construction and adoption, and delivering value across Enterprise Data activities. Sheila is the recipient of multiple industry awards and recognitions, including being inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame by CIO Magazine and being recognized on the Forbes 2023 CIO Next List. She was also named one of the 2022 Top 100 Women in Technology by Technology Magazine and a 2019 Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Sheila holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
