What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Develops deep understanding of problems that our business is facing and be the SME in resolving them with technology and coordinate the analysis of proposed projects (high-level project descriptions) with technology service providers (e.g., application development or infrastructure service providers) in order to determine resource requirements (people, hardware, software) and develop the project plan. 

  • Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility in order to execute the plan, including building mock-ups and wireframes to illustrate how products could work and iterate with end-users during the product development process. 

  • Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion.  

  • Create a communications plan to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan.  

  • Establish project goals and milestones to ensure the project is on-time, on-budget and meets the customer’s specifications. Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders. 

  • Builds outstanding products using product management: understand your user, their pain points, and build a roadmap for a solution that can solve that problem and set good goals and KPIs/metrics to make sure that the team is able to meet targets. 

  • Writes application and database codes based on business requirements or user stories, architectural requirements, and established coding standards, determines methods to validates code against business and architectural requirements. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business Administration/Engineering/Management Information Systems, or related degree field is required, Master’s degree is preferred.  

  • 4+ years' experience in Information Technology for a large global company.  

  • Project Management experience doing the following: manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities; developing project plans and allocating resources; identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans.  

  • Owning business relationships with internal clients 

  • Management consulting experience in the technology field, Digital solutions or platforms implementation, Agile Methodology, Kanban.
