About the Role:

Are
you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting recruitment
efforts? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide critical
administrative support to our national talent acquisition team. In this role,
you will be responsible for processing background screenings, posting job
requisitions, managing recruitment data, and assisting with various talent
acquisition activities. You'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate
experience by coordinating travel and supporting onsite recruitment events.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proof
    and post job requisitions on internal and external platforms
  • Process
    background screenings in line with company policies
  • Manage
    recruitment data in our HR system (HRIS)
  • Arrange
    travel for candidates and assist with scheduling and administering tests
  • Coordinate
    logistics for recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition
    activities
  • Support
    communication efforts through email and social media
  • Track
    and report on talent acquisition expenses, including job postings, travel, and
    event costs
  • Partner
    with Talent Acquisition Advisors to develop effective job posting strategies

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in human resources management, communications, psychology, sociology, or
    related field
  • Excellent
    oral and written communication skills
  • Attention
    to detail and solid proofreading skills
  • Computer
    proficiency in MS office and Outlook
  • Ability
    to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong
    organizational skills
  • Customer
    service-oriented approach to work
  • Ability
    to work at assigned office location on a hybrid basis

Ideal to Have:

  • Prior
    administrative experience, preferably in human resources
