Your challenge

As our Team Lead for Tax Operations, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with our Operations leadership in order to have a successful tax season.


Your responsibilities

  • You primarily (80%) lead a medium-size team of tax operators that you train thanks to your multiple years of tax related experiences.
  • You maintain an excellent level of tax knowledge in the team during the season.
  • You create and constantly improve operational processes and policies to make sure they are compliant and in line with the business needs.
  • You define tools guidelines and identify improvements.
  • You are the main stakeholder for other departments to define improvements of our operational tools and product.
  • You drive retrospectives to optimise our operations.
  • You work independently on company-wide projects and support us in our vision of making complex tax law tangible for everyone.

Your profile

  • You have a good understanding of tax law, especially in the area of personal income tax. Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience with income taxes and fiscal seasons.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in leading teams.
  • You make decisions based on data and have the company's goals in mind.
  • You are no stranger to multitasking and enjoy working in a highly fast-paced environment.
  • You don't wait for someone else to solve a problem, but take it into your own hands.
  • You enjoy working with talented people from all over the world.
  • You speak Spanish and English fluently.
