We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior analyst to join our Strategic Initiatives team to support the ongoing evaluation and execution of our company’s priority initiatives.  As a senior analyst on the Strategic Initiatives team, you will provide critical support in organizing, prioritizing, and reporting on the portfolios that drive our priority initiatives. Additionally, the senior analyst will support the operating rhythm of the larger Global Business Operations function. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute upon projects in support of Relativity’s priority initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.  
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and senior leadership to collect insights, align priorities, and drive consensus. 
  • Gather and interpret data to track project performance; identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Support the creation of impactful presentations, executive reports, and dashboards to communicate progress and outcomes. 
  • Liase with Global Business Operation leadership to align and prioritize roadmap items in service of our priority initiatives. 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational excellence across Relativity; supporting the creation and implementation of potential solutions. 

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in an operations, project management, or strategy-focused position. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, leverage business acumen to prioritize tasks appropriately, and drive projects to completion. 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate complex topics across varying levels of the organization. 
  • Direct or indirect experience working with cross-functional stakeholders globally. 
  • A self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about driving collaboration across the company. 

Compensation

  • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 148,000 and 222,000 PLN gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position
