You will lead the team that crafts the strategic programs to elevate the TA function and guides us to achieving our vision and mission! You will inspire the team to provide the framework, tools and data to enable the regional recruitment teams to hire the right talent for New Relic that impacts our future success.
 
This role will be a critical member of our TA Leadership team, taking a Global perspective to enable the teams, build innovative programs through adoption and optimize our processes. This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and be based in North America.
What you'll do
Develop, enable and iterate key programs such as: Hiring For Success (hiring framework), Early in Career, Employee Referral, Candidate Experience - continue to evolve and bring innovation to elevate our TA function.
  • Lead, develop and drive impact through your team of successful program managers, setting clear expectations, establishing goals and building strong culture of performance and engagement
  • Own Talent Branding strategy and delivery of key social media, career site, communications and marketing efforts, drive for impact and monitor performance
  • Support strategy ideation & development, and translate it to execution, including business model development and resource planning and allocation.
  • Lead tool and vendor strategy efforts, driving consistent process and decision making across the Product organization.
  • Drive programs and processes to help scale and grow the organization, drive efficiency and alignment, including legal and compliance initiatives and operational reporting.
This role requires
  • 8+ years of program management or recruiting experience with at least 5 years in recruiting/talent acquisition functions
  • 2+ year proven experience leading and driving impact through teams with a varying level of experience
  • Proven experience in building impactful strategic plans that align to company and people team missions
  • Ability to measure and analyze project and operational performance to use in driving improved delivery performance
  • Outstanding communications ability to a diverse audience
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic internal relationships and collaborate cross functionally to a common goal
  • Consistent track record of leading projects end-to-end 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, self-managed
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship management abilities
  • Adept strategic problem solver
  • Quick adaptability to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
  • Experience in the software/technology industry
  • Knowledge of GreenHouse ATS
