Job Summary

The Data Services team at NetApp helps customers protect and govern their data wherever it lives. We drive preference for our primary storage platforms through a consolidated set of data protection and governance offerings. Our team is looking to hire a Product Intern, in this role you will: 

  • Use a customer-centric approach to execute product vision, direction, and business plans, including product plans and roadmaps, product evolution, and the product lifecycle process.
  • Specify technical requirements, develop a roadmap, and provide technical direction.
  • Create customer-facing collateral, and launch materials, and participate in other activities to evangelize the product and solution.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to identify adoption friction, trends, and other customer pain points to inform roadmap decisions.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in product management in B2B or cloud businesses. 
  • A bachelor's in engineering is required.
  • Experience delivering technology products from ideation to post-launch is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the storage industry and cloud technologies is highly desired. 
  • Knowledge of cloud technology, especially Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.  
  • Experience in IT and security infrastructure products is an advantage. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
  • Results-oriented growth mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Fluent English is required.
