The Role

Do you love how it feels to help someone solve a problem? Then there’s a good chance you’ll love being a Customer Service Representative at Kyndryl.

Your role will be to deliver the best on site white glove service experience by providing technical and operational support to our internal clients. The core delivery method is based on great client interaction delivering an excellent client experience. You will be the champion of CIO Workplace Experience, be versed in CIO Workplace Experience offerings for CIO and Kyndryl . Your role will see you coordinating between the on-site and off-site technical team, and providing overarching interlock to those teams.

It is expected that you will work with multiple stakeholders, including the Chiefs of staff and executive support teams, utilizing your natural enthusiasm, positive "can-do" attitude and strong customer facing skills to build connections and trust with Kyndryls.

You will be able to lead discussions on technical topics, and apply a great customer led delivery style with your technical and client facing skills. Coaching and mentoring our teams and our Kyndryl employees to ensure a more proactive, self-learn attitude towards our working environment. This role will be delivered around the globe and you will be able to team with like-minded professional engineers, to deliver a positive and consistent experience for all Kyndryls.
