The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.
 

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development: Identify and target potential clients across industry within Thailand. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth and achieve sales targets for Kyndryl’s offerings, including Applications, Data and AI, Cloud Services, Core Enterprise and zCloud, and Security and Resiliency Services

Client Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in Thai organizations. Understand their unique needs and challenges, positioning Kyndryl’s comprehensive solutions; i.e., Cloud, Digital Workplace Services, Security & Resiliency, and Data & AI Services—as the ideal fit.

 

Proposal Development and Negotiation: Create and present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of Kyndryl’s services across various sectors in Thailand.
 

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the cybersecurity and IT landscape specific to Thailand. Provide valuable insights and feedback to the management team to refine Kyndryl’s sales strategies.
 

Collaboration: Work alongside technical and pre-sales teams to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements and deliver customized solutions that align with Kyndryl’s offerings.
 

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management to track progress.
 

Skills and Experience Required

Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in IT sales, with a proven track record of hunting for and closing deals in the across industry in Thailand.

 

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT and cybersecurity landscape, particularly regarding Kyndryl’s services such as Cloud Services, Data and AI, and Security and Resiliency Services in Thailand.
 

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and close sales. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
 

Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs, build trust, and deliver solutions that effectively meet their security and operational requirements.
 

Self-Motivation: A proactive self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently and driving results.
 

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams in Thailand.
 

Education: A degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
