What You Will Do:

Strategic & Tactical Planning:

Facilitate the development of LP Technology Roadmaps, Long-Range Planning activities, and Business Cases.

Exhibit technology innovation leadership and support the business in identifying problems and opportunities where disruptive technology can be beneficial and develop recommendations that provide the basis for making critical business decisions.

Plan and deliver LP Digital Enablement programs, composed of underlying projects and initiatives.

Relationship Building:

Foster strategic partnerships within LP and TIS, becoming a trusted advisor, influencing business teams to leverage technologies such as AI and Machine Learning.

Support TIS, business teams, and senior leaders in decision-making related to execution, risk management, and operationalization of program/projects.

Project Management:

Oversee the financials and forecasting against budgets for projects & operational support/service costing related to Liquids Pipelines.

Balance multiple scopes of work against strategy and timelines, collaborating with delivery parties (project managers, business analysts, solution architects, etc.) during all phases of the portfolio management lifecycle.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and guide the delivery teams to ensure they are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and support to help team members achieve their objectives.

  • University/College Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible and related experience OR a combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative, take initiative, lead, and manage change.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, contracting, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing multi-discipline stakeholder engagement for effective teamwork.
