One of the key challenges in providing enough role models for young women is the issue of visibility. While there are undoubtedly many successful women in tech, their achievements and stories are not always highlighted or made accessible to the broader public, and by extension, to young women in schools. Increasing the visibility of these role models through media, social platforms, and community events is crucial.
