As more women enter the 3D printing space, they become role models for young girls and other women, thereby promoting gender equity in STEM fields. This visibility challenges the status quo, encourages more females to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, and slowly closes the gender gap in industries traditionally dominated by men.
