Many companies have made public commitments to gender diversity and inclusion. However, the policies and practices within these organizations often tell a different story. Policies such as flexible working arrangements, parental leave, and anti-discrimination measures are steps forward. Yet, their implementation lacks consistency, and their impact on promoting women into advisory roles remains limited. There's a need for policies that not only exist on paper but are actively enforced and celebrated.
