Despite progress in gender equality, women pursuing advanced degrees in technology still encounter significant hurdles. While some universities and organizations offer scholarships and mentorship programs aimed at women, the pervasive gender bias and lack of role models in STEM fields can impede their progress. There's a need for a more robust support system that not only provides financial assistance but also addresses the underlying cultural and institutional barriers.
