Elisabeth Brauch

Technology Manager at EY

Elisabeth is currently a Technology Manager at EY, specializing in digital strategy and cloud computing. Previously, she worked at Accenture for over four years, where she led enterprise-wide cloud advisory and transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies, focusing on cloud innovation such as AI, IoT, and 5G. Before that, she held the role of Cloud and Infrastructure Strategy Analyst, and gained experience as a logistics and production working student at Daimler AG. She has strong expertise in consulting, cloud transformation, and client engagement.

Paula Andrea Castro

Senior Technology and Product Management Consultant at SWISS KRONO GROUP | Moderator | WTN Berlin Leader

Paula is a Technical and Product Solutions Consultant at SWISS KRONO GROUP, where she focuses on optimizing product decisions and fostering innovation in collaboration with business and engineering teams. Her expertise includes systems such as PIM (Akeneo), Tessa, and various operational tools like Catalog and Order Fulfillment. She ensures seamless integration between business strategies and e-commerce within the product landscape to enhance global product quality. Previously, as a Product Manager at Delivery Hero, Paula played a key role in cross-functional collaborations, managing product roadmaps, and rolling out content management features across multiple regions. She has a strong passion for improving customer experiences through innovative solutions and stakeholder management. Additionally, Paula serves as the WomenTech Network Berlin Leader.

Petra Herrmann

Director of Indirect Tax Global Trade at EY

Petra is a Director in the Indirect Tax Global Trade practice and joined EY in 2022. She is looking back to a long career creating, implementing, and managing local, European, and worldwide Global Trade Compliance organizations at global industry leaders over the last 30 years (e.g., Local and European at Panasonic; European at Hewlett Packard; worldwide at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy). She has a holistic and systemic view on trade compliance risk and opportunities throughout the global end-to-end supply chain. Over the last 13 years she gained several certificates as Logotherapist, Business Coach and Psychodrama practitioner and is working as mentor and coach for women.

Simone Schmidt

Director ServiceNow at EY

Simone Schmidt is a Director at EY, specializing in ServiceNow since January 2022. Prior to this, she worked as a freelance ServiceNow Project Manager at agineo GmbH and DREWAG Stadtwerke Dresden. She also owned and managed projects at sstCONSULT for over 13 years, and took on project management roles at General Atomics Europe. Her career spans extensive freelance work in project and program management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations and IT project management.

Sylvie Schemik

Senior Manager Technology Consulting at EY

Sylvie Schemik is a seasoned Senior Manager in Technology Consulting at EY, with over 11 years of experience in the company. Based in Berlin, she has progressed from an Account Manager role to leading technology consulting projects, with expertise spanning marketing, account management, and project management. Her career includes a strong focus on the automotive, technology, and
