WomenTech Network, a global community dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology, announces a strategic collaboration with EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and consulting services. This collaboration marks a significant stride towards fostering diversity, inclusivity, and advancement for women in technology and STEM through jointly working on initiatives that increase women’s representation and share of voice.

The EY organization is renowned for its commitment to advancing women in technology through its dedicated global initiative, the Women in Technology program, which was established in 2020. This program aims to provide resources and support to girls and women pursuing careers in technology, empowering them to excel and thrive in a traditionally male-dominated field.

"We are thrilled to unite and capitalize on our combined expertise and knowledge, alongside EY's extensive experience with the Women in Technology program," commented Anna Radulovski, CEO, and Founder of WomenTech Network. "This collaboration will enable us to make a significant impact in advancing diversity and inclusivity within the technology industry."

EY Women in Technology’s mission is to encourage female technologists of any age to learn, train, lead and innovate, through four strategic pillars:

    • Educate: Support the next generation of girls in STEM careers through upskilling programs and the EY STEM app, currently live in 18 countries and used by 85,000 girls.
    • Incubate: Nurture talented women in technology, both within EY and beyond, to become future leaders in Technology by providing community in 40 networks across the 150 countries EY operates in.
    • Innovate: Add to the discussion around gender parity and support tech innovations through strategic industry collaborations, event co-sponsorships and member spotlights.
    • Advocate: Empower women to find advocates for themselves and their career and play the role of advocate for other women’s careers.

"We are thrilled to collaborate with WomenTech Network to drive positive change in the technology industry," said Amanda Gethin, EY Global Consulting Talent Leader. "At EY, we believe that diversity is key to innovation and success, and through this collaboration, we hope to inspire and empower more women to pursue rewarding careers in technology."

The collaboration between WomenTech Network and EY signifies a joint commitment to fostering a more inclusive environment within the technology industry.
