Bio
Dr. Bhaduri is a speaker, a mentor, and an advisory board member, who is passionate about innovative and responsible AI, and improving belonging in STEM. She has delivered 100+ talks worldwide, sharing her insights and best practices on demystifying human-centered AI and encouraging inclusive engineering education. As Senior Research Scientist at Amazon, Sreyoshi leads research using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and her current research focus is Generative AI product applications and their evaluation.With over 12 years of experience in applying mixed-methods research augmented with AI/ML to various domains (such as mechanical and automobile engineering, learning sciences, and human resources), Sreyoshi has honed expertise in skills related to communicating across wide range of stakeholders, end to end research and development, and leadership. Founder at ThatStatsGirl, Sreyoshi has been recognized as a Tech Innovator (2024), Women to Watch (2023), Emerging Leader in Tech (2022), an Engaged Advocate (2021), and was inducted of the Yale Bouchet Honor Society (2017).
