Bio
Dorothea serves as Vice President and Partner for LPI US, with an enhanced focus on serving West, Northwest, and Southwest clients and expanding LPI’s Specialist Pipeline practice. When working with her clients, Dorothea takes a creative and customized approach that leverages her diverse career experience that spans Big Four consulting, Fortune 500 companies, fast-growth start-ups, and international organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Before joining LPI, Dorothea worked across the tech, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, telecom, and manufacturing industries where she led teams and transformed functions as Internal Head of Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and Employee Experience. She has more than 15 years of experience in leading Human Capital initiatives with client groups ranging from executive leaders to front-line employees.
Dorothea is energized by partnering with her clients to build and deliver programs, processes, and systems that accelerate employee development and effectiveness. She believes that each of us has an innate leadership baseline that can be effectively developed and unleashed when we become self-aware and committed, and have the tools and knowledge needed to be successful.
Additionally, Dorothea extends her passion for connecting and empowering others outside of the workplace with the upcoming launch of Cohesion Collective (COCO Colorado), with a core focus on connecting and empowering women within Colorado communities.
