No need to have some special or extra preparation to understand the topic
Bio
My career started in the banking sector and then I was related to the taxation and worked for the government authorities. I have done career in the tax authorities from the tax auditor position to the chief lawyer and a team leader position. I run my own law firm with a partner in 2017 and jumped into the blockhain and crypto regulation. Since then my passion for this technology started to grow.
At the moment as a lawyer I advise companies in the field of cryptocurrency, compliance and Fintech, and I am also a public speaker (presentations at TerraCrypto (Nur-Sultan), TerraCrypto Forum (Moscow), CryptoFin (Tallinn), FinAdTech (Barcelona).
At the conference I could cover the topic of crypto assets regulation in the European Union, alternative payment methods and future of payments. I can participate in a panel discussion or keynote.
I believe that we are now in a very interesting period, when we are undergoing a transformation in the sphere of Finance and banking. Consumers want to see modern, fast, innovative and technological solutions that make financial services consumption as convenient as possible. This is the time when classic banking is already losing its position and a new generation of financial institutions is coming to replace it.
As a lawyer, I am particularly interested in regulation in this area, it is all fresh and interesting to observe how open jurisdictions are in different countries to innovations. The topic of cross-border regulation is particularly interesting, when projects essentially offer their services globally.
