Session: Reclaim your balance: How you can use your calendar to gain insight
There is this misconception that work/life balance is the amount of time you spend doing your job versus the amount of time you spend doing what's important to you outside of work.

What if you blend the two worlds instead of separating them?
Your calendar is a great tool to help you identify and balance what's important to you.
In this talk, I'll be sharing a methodology on how to use your calendar to gain this insight.
At the end of the session, you will be able to identify your energy drainers and energy boosters to reclaim your balance.
Bio
Angeliki Galanopoulou is an experienced digital consultant with 12 years of experience across tech, startups and media agencies. She is currently a Senior Client Lead at Google UK advising Retail and Travel customers on their digital strategy. She is also a startup investor, and mentor and advisor to women startup founders via Digital Boost, Google for Startups and other programs.
Her own experience with burnout due to blind spots a couple of years ago, led her to discover her passion for energy management and coaching. She is now a professionally trained coach by the Co-Active Training Institute and an active Leadership & Performance Coach internally at Google.
Google's learning is facilitated by its employees in its extensive peer to peer learning program called "g2g" (Googler to Googler). Angeliki volunteers her time to help colleagues to identify their energy patterns, reclaim their work/life balance, find their purpose and get unstuck. She has an average facilitation score of 5* after over 100 hours of coaching.
Angeliki is now embarking on a journey to spread her passion for work/life balance and energy management methods outside of Google. She's on a mission to help all Women in Tech get in their driver's seat and maximise their sense of energy & fulfilment.
