Session: How COVID changed Project Management
The talk will address the science behind the project management. The four phases of any project will be explained briefly. Its Socio-Technical Approach will be also discussed. In addition, it will mention the most famous certificates in this field. Then, it will discuss how the project management field is affected - either positively or negatively - during the COVID years and how PMs should handle the new constraints/challenges during their work.Key Takeaways

Bio
Dr. Aida Elsabban is an Electronics Engineer with a Ph.D. degree in the same field. She has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Electronics Industry. She is the first woman to become a Chairwoman & CEO for an Electronics Factory in Egypt. Currently, she is a visiting lecturer in the British University in Egypt. In 2019, Dr. Aida Elsabban received an award as one of top 30 women- in all life fields, scientific, practical, sporting, copes or in humanitarian, financial and business activities - in the Egyptian Women Forum as well as recognition award in the 36th National Conference for Radio Science (NRSC2019) in 2019. Also, received 2nd prize in the innovation & industrial contest from Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) in 1997.
