Heather Zynczak Bio
Heather Zynczak is the Chief Marketing Officer of AlphaSense, the leading market intelligence and search platform for businesses. Built on proven AI, AlphaSense helps the majority of the S&P 500, including Google, Pfizer, and JP Morgan, remove uncertainty from their decision-making. At AlphaSense, Heather leads global marketing initiatives, emphasizing customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth driven by close alignment with the revenue organization. Before joining AlphaSense, Heather spent 10 years as CMO at Pluralsight and Domo, leading both companies to IPO, and achieving collective valuations of more than $500M during her tenure. At Pluralsight, Heather partnered with the CRO to build the enterprise motion that fueled 50% YoY growth. At Domo, Heather built the GTM motion that fueled 100% YoY growth and led the company to become a top ten brand on LinkedIn. Heather has also held executive positions at some of the world’s largest enterprise technology companies, including Oracle and SAP, and led teams for numerous startups. She has been a consultant for firms such as Accenture, The Boston Consulting Group, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Heather has served on eight tech boards (three public companies and five private companies) and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Thryv (NASDAQ: THRY) and DemandBase, collectively guiding $2B+ in valuation. Heather holds an MBA from The Wharton School.
