We are currently looking for a Senior User Researcher (m/f/d) to join the Design Team in our office in London. Our Design team is user-centric and discovery-minded, working in an agile and cross-functional environment. Our designers and researchers support company OKRs to deliver and drive the product and tech outcomes by creating foundational design and research structures. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Support strategic research to identify product opportunities and conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
  • Collect and analyze user behavior through studies, surveys, benchmark studies, and online experiments (A/B testing).
  • Work with designers, product managers, developers to prioritize research opportunities.
  • Understand and incorporate business requirements into research.
  • Work closely with the team that helps to transform the organizational UX maturity level.  
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.

We are a match if you have...

  • 4+ years of industry experience within a research setting.
  • Experience with research design utilizing various methods (i.e. qualitative, quantitative, usability studies, contextual inquiry).
  • Ability to work with research tools and platforms (e.g. Dovetail, EasyHQ, Figma (prototyping), Axure etc.)
  • Relevant product research experience from initial scoping through validation to release. 
  • Experience working on and supporting strategic research efforts and integrating user research into product designs and design practices cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to choose the best qualitative research methods and frameworks that will be persuasive to a range of stakeholders during the product development process.
  • Ability to understand quantitative findings and materials.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
  • German and English business fluency.
