How You’ll Grow
As a Software Engineer on our Reporting Platform team, you will apply your distributed-systems knowledge to design and implement scalable web services, participate in frontend development and work with open source software and cloud services. Our Reporting Platform includes a flexible software-framework for building dashboards, software for generating beautiful reports and powerful data analysis and visualization tools.
Things You’ll Do
- Design distributed, low latency services for ingesting, processing, and aggregating data
- Build integrations with SaaS leaders like Slack, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Create analytics that identify trends and sentiment in free-form text data using natural language processing and machine learning
- Build widgets for visualizing data in dashboards and reports
- Develop an integrated ticketing platform that allows organizations to close the loop on customer feedback
- Architect and deliver innovative, full-stack solutions to meet customer needs
- Build world-class survey editing and survey taking experiences
What We’re Looking For On Your
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
- Experience with modern programming languages (Java, PHP, Scala)
- Web-related technologies including HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- JavaScript frameworks including angular or node
- Database / Data Storage experience (SQL / MySQL)
- Must be legally authorized to work in job location without Qualtrics sponsorship now or in the future
