What you'll do
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead our
SAP Monitoring solution. This role will be instrumental in defining and driving our product
strategy, focusing on delivering an industry-leading solution that empowers our customers to
monitor and optimize their SAP environments seamlessly. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and set the roadmap for the solution's growth
and innovation.
● Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for
New Relic’s SAP Monitoring solution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and
market trends.
● Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and engage with customers to
understand needs, pain points, and opportunities to ensure the solution addresses the
latest industry challenges.
● Customer Engagement: Serve as the voice of the customer, working closely with
clients to gather insights and feedback, inform feature prioritization, and ensure
continuous improvement.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX, and data teams to
deliver high-quality features on time and ensure the SAP Monitoring solution integrates
seamlessly with other New Relic offerings.
● Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
teams to define and execute strategies for successful product adoption and expansion.
● Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, using data to
drive product decisions and continuously refine the roadmap.
● Thought Leadership: Stay current with SAP and observability trends, representing New
Relic’s SAP Monitoring solution in webinars, industry events, and customer
presentations as a product expert.
