The Renewals Manager is a key individual contributor on the team to help drive consistent, market-leading retention rates and more.
As a Customer Success Representative-Renewals, you will work with a specific group of customers to sustain and grow renewal rates. You'll establish deep, strategic relationships with a particular focus on retention and finding new opportunities for upsell.
Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, sustain and renew subscriptions, resolve customer issues/problems, and effectively manage your time will be the key to our mutual success.
