Job Summary

The Data Services Product team is responsible for defining and delivering key value added services around managing the data on NetApp storage. This team is uniquely positioned to drive critical requirements of modern Enterprises including investments in data governance, artificial intelligence and compliance.  
As a Senior Product Manager in this org, you will define and evolve our end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution of such capabilities by working closely with engineering teams across the company, designers, marketing, sales and field. If you are a hands-on product manager with a passion to learn and excel in an evolving space and prior experience in defining and driving cross organizational initiatives – we would love to talk to you. 

Job Requirements


•    Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy and design discussions. 
•    Prior experience in data management/compliance/security/governance is preferred but optional. 
•    Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams of engineers across multiple organizations, towards a common goal 
•    Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction. 
•    Experience building enterprise/B2B/cloud products from ideation to launch. 
•    Deep understanding and passion for delivering best in class customer experience 
•    Strong understanding of public cloud environments and uses cases of enterprise customers 
•    Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Support or Customer Success. 
•    Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority. 
•    Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment. 
•    Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving measurable outcomes. 
•    Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs, leveraging large datasets to make data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams  
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Education

•   Minimum 8 years of product management experience in Enterprise/B2B/Cloud technologies is required.
•   A Bachelor's or Master’s in engineering is required or equivalence
