The foundation for inclusive AI design for women must start with education. By encouraging more girls and young women to pursue STEM education through scholarships, outreach programs, and positive role models, we can begin to close the gender gap in technology. However, simply increasing the number of women in technology is not enough. Educational programs must also evolve to include ethics and inclusivity as core components of their curricula, preparing the next generation of technologists to design AI that reflects a diverse society.
