While film clubs can inspire and expose students to the possibilities in STEM, they are just one part of a much broader approach needed to boost female representation. Mentorship programs, hands-on STEM activities, and classroom curriculum that highlights the contributions of women in STEM are equally important to ensure a comprehensive support system for young women.
