Additionally, our Senior Vice President (SVP) & Chief Information Officer (CIO), Bhushan Ivaturi, received a Catalyst award for his active leadership in supporting and advancing women throughout the company. Bhushan is also the executive sponsor for FEMINEN (FEMales IN ENgineering), an employee resource group, and the founder of our Women in Technology (WIT) program which is an initiative that builds a strong pipeline of women within our Technology & Information Services (TIS) department.
Furthermore, in TIS, we have another strong advocating leader in Tuong Lee, Vice President of our TIS Liquids Pipelines & Gas Transmission, & Midstream business units, and our Technology + Innovation Lab. Tuong was a key panelist member at the Global Catalyst Awards where he talked about learning from the Black and Indigenous employees, to inform the actions of our diversity and inclusion strategy.
Enbridge is groundbreaking and leading the energy industry in best practices by providing transparency of our Diversity Dashboard with all employees, enabling them to segment the data by job level, functional area and geography, including trending information on hiring, promotion, and turnover rates. Since launching the dashboard in 2016, we have already exceeded our 2022 goal of 30% women in manager-and-above positions.
