New Relic and WomenTech Network Partnership

WomenTech Network is proud to announce the renewal of its annual partnership with New Relic, the intelligent observability platform. This collaboration will continue to drive impactful initiatives, programs, and events that promote gender equality and empower women to thrive in the technology sector.

Throughout this partnership, WomenTech Network will actively engage with New Relic to create opportunities for women in tech. This includes a range of initiatives aimed at fostering professional growth, leadership development, and inclusive work environments. Together, we will work to bridge the gender gap in technology and support women at all stages of their careers.

Reflecting on the success of the previous year, Tyrone Dobson, Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at New Relic, stated: "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is critical to New Relic. Eliminating interruptions in digital experiences requires delivering the best platform. And we know that our ability to deliver on this promise is supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce. That's why we are excited to partner with WomenTech Network for a second year."

One of the standout projects from our past partnership was the highly successful event held in March to honor Women's History Month. This event took place at New Relic's Barcelona office, one of Europe's largest tech hubs, and set the stage ablaze with empowering stories of inclusive leadership. The vibrant gathering featured a powerhouse panel of women leaders who shared their insights and experiences.

The event kicked off with a dynamic panel discussion featuring Patricia Giménez, Software Engineering Manager; Gaia Flor Ludovico, Technical Account Manager; Maria Vidal, Software Engineering Manager; and Lucia Rodriguez, HRBP and Professional Coach. The panelists shared their insights into leadership, recounting personal experiences and discussing the challenges and rewards of managing teams in the tech industry. Throughout the past year, women in tech from New Relic also contributed to collective knowledge and shared wisdom on overcoming imposter syndrome, as detailed in this article. Their insights provided invaluable support to those navigating similar challenges in their careers. Additionally, they have contributed significantly to developing the WomenTech Network's community in Barcelona, proving that the city is a women tech-friendly hub, as highlighted here

Anna Radulovski, Founder and CEO of WomenTech Network, expressed her enthusiasm for the renewed partnership: "Our collaboration with New Relic has been incredibly impactful. The insights and opportunities provided by their team have been invaluable to our members. We are excited to continue this journey together and to empower more women to excel in the tech industry."

With the renewed partnership, WomenTech Network and New Relic are committed to hosting more networking events in the coming year, continuing to foster an environment of support and growth for women in tech and providing more knowledge and resources within the local community in Barcelona.
