In Neha's Own Words:
-
What is the best part of being a woman in the tech industry?
According to my experience, the best part of being a woman in tech is TRANSFORMATION. The ideology of people selecting women in every technology sector, providing chances to women no matter how hard the work can be, leading a startup to prove our leadership and knowledge, giving knowledge to women who are unaware of the latest technologies, spreading work life and studies to non-minority women.
-
Do you notice a lack of women in technology? If so, why do you think that’s the case?
Yes, I do. Because I believe that women never get complete support to achieve their goals in science and technology. There are some situations where women need a little help from their families to grow their own individuality in which 80% of women never get that. In some sort of situations, women have to choose their responsibilities rather than career and development.
-
How can women get the right support?
When everyone or at least their own family helps women to develop in their career, then that would be great support. Then women can also achieve their dreams. When it comes to the financial division, there are many organizations out there to help us.
