Position Overview:

For our Global Delivery Center, we are looking for a Solution Architect to join the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team. We are a company with one of the most recognizable portfolios of brands in the world and our marketing practices have been setting the industry standards for decades.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing solutions for both internal and external users that leverage the team’s Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other related Adobe products within the Adobe Marketing Cloud (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, AWS, etc). The solution architect will interact with enterprise architecture, management teams, and internal & external development teams to design applications that meet the current business need.

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize the backlog of work for the entire service across key programs and in support of operational issues.

  • Translate the to-be business process and requirements into a detailed technical document which will be used to meet business goals while maintaining technical best practices.

  • Collaborate with application solution architects and the delivery team to solve technical challenges.

  • Serve as the IT application owner and steward to ensure the long-term success of the platform and maintain technical debt.

  • Conduct business reviews; document current systems and develop recommendations.

  • Contribute to the planning of the overall organizational IT strategy.

  • Lead and mentor smaller agile scrum teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business Administration/Engineering/Management Information Systems or a related degree field is required

  • 5+ years’ experience in delivering enterprise-class, commercial, and scalable products or capabilities in the marketing area.

  • Previous professional experience as a senior or lead solution architect or lead developer is required.

  • Applied knowledge and insights to solve master data business issues.

  • Effective communication skills (explaining reports, analysis, and insights to business partners).

  • Proven comfort and an intellectual curiosity for working with large sets of data, pulling in relevant team members to address identified and sometimes undiscovered needs for clients.

  • Extensive back-end programming experience with Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, plus front-end JavaScript development frameworks such as React, VueJS, Angular, etc.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud services such as (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Solid understanding and history of working with DevOps delivery and support models, as well as iterative, agile software design methodologies.

  • Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo as well as coded versioning tools, such as GIT and Github.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role with direct reports is strongly preferred.

  • Previous work with or for diverse global companies and/or stakeholders is a plus.

  • Master’s degree
