Product Designer at Relativity

Ania Osewska, a Product Designer with 11 years of experience. Ania started her career in gaming companies as a graphic designer and later transitioned into product design. Ania enjoys mixing qualitative and quantitative data to create user-friendly products. She firmly believes that working closely with developers and project managers is the key to success. After work hours, you can find Ania indulging in donuts, reading books, and going for runs.

Anna Sroka

IT Manager | SAP Expert | Mentor | Trainer and WomenTech Network Leader Kraków

Anna is an accomplished IT Service Management and SAP expert with over 15 years of experience specializing in service centralization and digital transformations. Beyond her professional expertise, she is also a passionate advocate for women's empowerment, evident through her founding of The Female Enterprise & Women of Tomorrow brands. With an MBA under her belt, Anna actively engages in training, mentoring, and speaking at conferences, embodying her commitment to fostering self-confidence among women. Her dedication to advancing women in STEM was recognized when she became a finalist for the WomenTech Network Rising Star in STEM of the Year Award in 2020. Additionally, she serves as the local leader for WomenTech Network in Krakow, further amplifying her impact in empowering women and promoting diversity in the tech industry. She's a member of the Expertki Razem Association and holds the #KobietaKrakowa Role Model title with @Inspiring Girls Poland.

Gabriela Lesiak

Advanced Software Engineer at Relativity | Moderator

Gabriela Lesiak is an Advanced Software Engineer on the WebHosting team at Relativity, with a primary focus on observability. She graduated from the University of Science & Technology AGH with a degree in Computer Science. With over 4 years of committed experience at Relativity, Gabriela has honed her skills and expertise in the industry. Due to her degree and former experience, she effectively connects the development and operations sides in a DevOps-oriented team.

Gosia Madyda

Senior Product Designer at Relativity

Małgorzata (Gosia) Madyda is a Senior Product Designer at Relativity with a background in graphic design. Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging Design Thinking methodologies to align user needs with business goals. From ideation to execution, she has led user research initiatives, facilitated workshops, and developed design systems to drive innovation and enhance user satisfaction. Outside of work, you'll often find her exploring mountain trails on her bicycle.

Joanna Masłowska

Associate Product Manager at Relativity

With 1.5 years of experience at Relativity, Joanna Masłowska currently serves as an Associate Product Manager for the SQL team. In her role, Joanna leads the strategic direction and development of the product her team owns, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery. Her journey began in game development, where she honed her skills as a tester, which later allowed her to enter the software development industry. She went through a few different positions before transitioning into product management almost three years ago. Joanna is extremely committed to driving innovation and fostering collaboration in our ever-evolving tech ecosystem.

Monika Andrzejczak

Product Designer at Relativity

Monika is obsessed with solving customer problems. Monika joined Relativity almost a year ago as a Product Designer dedicated to aspects of the product administrator experience. Before working at Relativity, she was focused on the user experience for health and HR-related technology. Before starting her career as a product designer, she worked at a marketing and branding agency, where she learned how to create strategy and content that resonates with brands. Monika continues to fuel her passion for design by traveling the world and learning from its range of cultures and people.

Patrycja Czobot

Data Scientist at Relativity

Patrycja Czobot is an Associate Data Scientist on the Strategy and Business Operations team at Relativity, which she joined last year. In her work, she likes to blend her technical and data analytics expertise with business perspective gained from working in management consulting to bring value to the organization from data-heavy projects. Patrycja has over 5 years of professional experience with more than 3 years working in positions related to data science for clients from various industries.
